  • Moderation Actions: Bans, kicks, timeouts, and who issued them
  • Jail Records: Users in jail and their previous roles
  • Auto-Mod Logs: Violations detected by auto-moderation

Configuration Data

  • Server Settings: Logging channels, welcome messages, auto-mod configuration
  • Role Assignments: Auto-roles and jail roles
  • Security Settings: Anti-raid and anti-spam thresholds

We use Supabase (PostgreSQL database) to store data securely. Your data is:

While we implement security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Active Servers: Data retained while bot is in server
  • Removed from Server: Data deleted within 30 days
  • Warnings: Retained for moderation history unless manually cleared
  • Logs: Webhook logs controlled by your server's log channel

Server administrators can clear warnings and data using bot commands.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be shared only in these situations:

  • Discord: Required API communication with Discord's services
  • Supabase: Database hosting provider
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or legal process
  • Service Protection: To protect our rights, property, or safety

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request what data we have about you
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Opt-Out: Remove the bot from your server to stop data collection

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. Discord Dashboard (OAuth)

When you log in to our dashboard, we use Discord OAuth2:

  • We receive your Discord user ID and username
  • We can see servers where you have admin permissions
  • We store session data in cookies
  • You can revoke access anytime in Discord settings
